Returns and Exchanges

At House of Khalsa, each timepiece is crafted and fulfilled as a precision instrument and a personal-wear item. For this reason, we do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

No discretionary returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or selection after delivery. We encourage all clients to review product details, specifications, and imagery carefully before completing a purchase. Our team is available to assist with any questions prior to ordering.

Statutory exceptions (EU / UK consumer rights)

In accordance with applicable EU and UK consumer protection laws, we will support you in the following limited circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • The watch was damaged in transit
  • The watch has a verified manufacturing defect

These situations fall under statutory rights relating to non-conformity or damage and are not considered discretionary returns.

Notification timeframe

To allow us to assist you promptly and fairly, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if any of the above situations apply. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos documenting the issue.

Unboxing documentation

We strongly recommend recording a continuous video while unboxing your package. This is the most effective way to document transit-related issues and enables us to resolve eligible claims efficiently. Claims submitted without unboxing documentation may require additional verification.

Condition requirements

Any approved replacement or resolution is subject to the watch being:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and materials

Items showing signs of wear, sizing, use, or handling beyond inspection cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer discretionary exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different model, our team will be happy to assist you with a new order.

Warranty assurance

All House of Khalsa timepieces are covered by our limited manufacturer’s warranty, which provides long-term protection against manufacturing defects for the applicable warranty period. This warranty operates independently of delivery-related claims.

Retail purchases

Watches purchased through authorized retailers are subject to the retailer’s own returns and warranty policies.
