At House of Khalsa, every timepiece is produced and fulfilled with intention, precision, and respect for the craft. The following information outlines how we handle cancellations for purchases made directly through houseofkhalsa.com.

For watches purchased through authorized retailers, the retailer’s own policies apply.

Order Cancellations

Our fulfillment process is designed to move quickly and securely.

Once an order is placed, it is automatically transmitted to our fulfillment center, where preparation begins immediately. Because of this automated process, the cancellation window is extremely limited.

Cancellation requests can only be considered if the order has not yet entered our fulfillment partner’s system. Once the order is encoded into the fulfillment system, it can no longer be cancelled, as picking and preparation begin right away.

We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.

If you believe your order was placed in error, please contact us immediately at customercare@houseofkhalsa.com with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Please note: Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if fulfillment has already begun.
