Warranty and Service
Every House of Khalsa timepiece is backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery.
Warranty duration
- Swiss-made watches: 5-year limited warranty
- Singh watches: 5-year limited warranty
- All other watches: 2-year limited warranty
What this warranty covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the movement and internal components.
What this warranty does not cover
- The crystal (glass)
- Accidental damage, scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic wear
- Normal wear-and-tear
- Lost components such as crowns, spring bars, or bracelet links
- Damage caused by misuse or impact
Water use
Non-Swiss watches must not be worn while showering, bathing, or during activities involving direct exposure to water. Water damage caused by improper use is not covered under warranty.
Unauthorized service
The warranty is void if the watch has been opened, serviced, modified, or repaired by any third party not authorized by House of Khalsa.
