Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed automatically and transmitted to our fulfillment center shortly after checkout. Once an order enters the fulfillment system, preparation begins immediately.
Because of this automated process:
- Order cancellations are extremely limited
- Changes to orders or addresses cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun
We encourage all clients to review order details carefully before completing checkout.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We ship internationally using the methods below. Delivery timelines are estimates based on historical data and begin after dispatch or after leaving the warehouse, as noted.
United States
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 6–12 days after dispatch
United Kingdom
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 8–14 days after dispatch
Australia
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 9–15 days after dispatch
Canada
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 8–15 days after leaving the warehouse
India
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 12–20 days after leaving the warehouse
These timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier handling, weather conditions, peak periods, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking updates may be limited during certain stages of international transit and typically become more detailed once the shipment reaches the destination country and is handed over to the local carrier.
Customs, duties & taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
House of Khalsa does not control customs processing times and cannot expedite clearance.
Delivery confirmation & responsibility
Once tracking indicates that an order has been delivered, the shipment is considered fulfilled.
If a carrier marks a package as “delivered,” “left in a safe place,” or “delivered to local carrier,” House of Khalsa is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery confirmation.
We recommend ensuring that the delivery address is secure and accessible.
Unboxing recommendation
We strongly recommend recording a continuous video while unboxing your package.
This documentation allows us to assess any delivery-related issues efficiently and fairly. Claims submitted without unboxing documentation may require additional verification.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please contact customercare@houseofkhalsa.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos (including unboxing documentation, if available)
Eligible cases will be reviewed promptly and resolved in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges and Warranty policies.
Failed or returned deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect the parcel
- Refusal of delivery
Any reshipment or resolution will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Additional shipping or handling fees may apply.
Chargebacks & disputes
Filing a chargeback does not stop an order that has already entered fulfillment or transit.
If a dispute is opened while an order is in transit or marked as delivered, we may provide tracking, delivery confirmation, and fulfillment records to the payment provider.
We encourage clients to contact us directly first so we can assist efficiently.
